Michael looks after the big jobs, the last-minute jobs, the heavy-lifting jobs and the “this is going to take a miracle” jobs. He loves turning chaos into clean and takes genuine pride in showing clients what a difference professional cleaning can make. Fun fact: He has strong and controversial opinions about the correct mop technique and will happily demonstrate if asked.

Matisse Edwards

Matisse looks after the behind-the-scenes organisation, manages client relationships, and makes sure the team always feels supported. Her goal is simple, to give people that brilliant feeling of walking into a clean, calm space without having to sacrifice their evenings or weekends to get it.

Fun fact: She will deny it if asked in public, but she genuinely enjoys reorganising kitchen cupboards for “fun”.

Sarune

Business Support Manager

Sarune oversees daily operations, keeping schedules, clients and teams aligned. She coordinates cleaning and maintenance with precision, stepping in quickly when plans shift. Detail focused and proactive, she keeps standards high and everything running smoothly. Clients value her calm, reliable approach.

Fun fact: Sarune can mentally reorganise a chaotic diary faster than most people can make a cup of tea, and yes, she probably has a colour coded system in her head.

Dominic

Commercial Supervisor

Dominic specialises in commercial sites, painting and external window cleaning. He oversees team performance and makes sure quality stays high on every single job. He is dependable, practical and quietly unshakeable, even when deadlines are tight and the workload is heavy.

Fun fact: Dominic can spot a missed fingerprint on glass from about ten metres away and feels personally offended by streaks on mirrors.

Partycja

Residential Supervisor

Patrycja leads the residential team and is responsible for quality checks, new cleaner support and making sure every home gets the same fresh, detailed finish. Clients love her friendly nature and the pride she takes in her work. She is the type of supervisor who will not leave until she is 100% satisfied.

Fun fact: Patrycja has a sixth sense for finding stray hairs on bathroom tiles and will win that battle every single time.

Diane

Residential Housekeeper

Diane is the heart of our residential team. She brings warmth, care and an unbelievable eye for detail into every home she steps into. Clients adore her because she treats every property as if it were her own, leaving rooms looking calm, tidy and beautifully put together.

Fun fact: Diane is officially the house ironing champion. If shirts were a competitive sport, she would have a trophy cabinet.

Chantelle

Luxury Cleaning Specialist

Chantelle specialises in luxury homes and high-end finishes, making her the perfect match for clients who expect perfection. She has a natural instinct for presentation and loves leaving spaces looking polished, elegant and photo-ready. If a job needs finesse, Chantelle is the person for it.

Fun fact: She was born for luxury. If it glitters, smells expensive or comes with satin cushions, Chantelle is in her element.

Stacey

Luxury Cleaning Specialist

Stacey is known for her unbelievably high standards and calm, steady approach to every clean. She is fantastic with presentation and textiles, and clients especially appreciate her “hotel-finish” ironing and folding — crisp, neat and completely consistent every time.

Fun fact: Stacey is the second-best ironer in the company and proudly refuses to back down from a rematch.

Mikalia

Residential Cleaner

Mikalia takes huge pride in her work and always wants clients to be genuinely happy with the results. She cares deeply about getting things right and is brilliant at taking feedback onboard instantly. She has a thoughtful approach, a great eye for detail and always tries to go the extra mile. She has a natural eye for detail and presentation, often noticing the small finishing touches that make a real difference to a home. Her calm, thoughtful approach means clients feel listened to and confident their preferences are always taken into account. Fun fact: If there is a cushion, pillow or throw blanket in the room, Mikalia will rearrange it three times until it is absolutely perfect.

Monika is our silent powerhouse. She works unbelievably hard, takes on long days without hesitation and always gives her best. She is calm, focused and quietly efficient, making her a huge asset to the residential team and someone clients quickly trust. Her reliability and consistency make her someone the team can always depend on, and she approaches every job with quiet determination and care. Monika’s high standards and strong work ethic ensure every property is maintained to an excellent level.

Fun fact: Monika’s work ethic is so strong we occasionally have to remind her that breaks are a real thing and not a myth.

Liv

Residential Cleaner

Liv is a fantastic addition to our residential team, bringing a consistently positive attitude and a genuine passion for her work. From the moment she joined us in December, she has impressed both clients and colleagues with her reliability, care, and exceptional attention to detail. Liv takes real pride in every property she cleans, ensuring each space is left not just tidy, but truly refreshed and beautifully presented.

Fun fact: Liv is known for her finishing touches, including her signature towel swans, adding a little extra charm to every clean.

Siobhan

Residential Cleaner

Fun fact: Siobhan loves a good before-and-after moment and always takes a second to admire a perfectly finished room before moving on.

Although still relatively new, Brooke has quickly shown herself to be reliable, approachable, and committed to maintaining high standards, making her a lovely presence for both the team and our clients.

Fun fact: Bridget cleans in complete flow mode — give her a task and she won’t stop until it is spotless.

Leon

Commercial Cleaner

Leon is quietly one of the most dependable cleaners you could hope for. He shows up, works hard and gets the job done to the same high standard every time, without needing reminders, supervision or fuss. His calm attitude and strong work ethic make him incredibly easy to work with and highly valued by the whole team.

Fun fact: Leon has earned a reputation for doing his job so smoothly that sometimes people forget there was ever a job to do in the first place.

Princess Sparkles

Team Mascot

Princess Sparkles is the real boss of Edwards Group. She takes her role very seriously, supervising all operations from the comfort of a warm lap or a freshly cleaned sofa. Although she refuses to do any heavy lifting, vacuuming or paperwork, she contributes in her own essential ways, mainly by boosting morale and reminding everyone to take a breather when things get hectic.

Princess specialises in cuteness, emotional support and dramatic entrances. Her presence alone increases productivity by at least fifty percent, particularly when she struts into the room with her signature fluff and an attitude that says, “You’re welcome.”

Fun fact: She believes every visitor is here to see her personally, and she is almost always correct.
